To maintain a fair honest and trusted marketplace all listings on JustPennies must follow clear factual standards. Listings may include single coins or rolls only. No large mixed collections or bulk estate lots are not permitted. Sellers must describe coins using verifiable facts such as date mint mark composition and observable condition and must avoid exaggerated or promotional language. Words or phrases such as rare ultra rare investment opportunity or guaranteed value increase are not allowed. All claims must be accurate and supported by clear photographs of the actual coin being sold. Grades must be stated conservatively and based on recognized United States grading standards and uncertified coins may not be described as Mint State or Gem unless clearly explained as the seller’s opinion. Pricing must reflect the specific item listed and not implied future value. These rules exist to protect buyers support education and ensure JustPennies remains a transparent and trustworthy place to buy and sell United States pennies.
